Inspired by the colors and landscapes encountered during travel, this collection features four instruments—ukulele, guitar, and acoustic bass—each representing a different scenic view, capturing the imagination of the music world.

Fingerboard Inlay｜Spirit of Music Travel Love into loving elements
The fingerboard point turns the core spirit of Music Travel Love into loving elements, which is inlaid with shell materials in shapes such as "love, sun, mountain, coconut tree, and fish".

Inspired by nature during the journey, each symbol tells a different story. From the ocean to the beach, to the mountains and forests, as if you were feeling the warm sunlight sprinkled between trees, and nevertheless, feeling the "Love" that nurtures all things, thus fully expressing the living style of Music Travel Love.

The exclusive stickers that come with the guitar are all water-repellent, and can be repeatedly peeled and pasted without damaging the surface of the guitar! There are two different styles of "travel life" and "ocean life", which can be decorated in any surface such as a guitar、luggage、motorcycle、safety helmet...anywhere you like! Put them on and show your lifestyle and creativity to the world, wherever you go!

Sunrise appeared above the horizon, the sky rendered dreamlike, and the warmth of the red sun serenades the earth. Southeast Asia is home to lots of exotic island scenery, passion and vitality with the sun and coconut trees over us!

＊	The vibrant red sun warms the earth, reflecting the energetic and lively spirit of the tropics beneath the palm trees.
＊	The top is made from spruce, known for its bright and crisp tonal characteristics, offering a wide dynamic range, perfect for both fingerstyle and vigorous strumming.
＊	The sides and back are crafted from mahogany, which has a straight grain, light weight, and hard texture. It produces a sound with a grainy high end and a warm, rich low end.
＊	The body features a natural matte finish, which differs from open-pore matte finishes by providing a smooth, frosted texture. It doesn't reflect light like a glossy finish and resists fingerprints.
＊	The custom oval-shaped Bird Guitar bridge, paired with a synthetic bone saddle, ensures a hard and crisp resonance, effectively transmitting the vibrations of the strings.
＊	The fingerboard is made from rosewood, a dense material rich in natural oils, making it adaptable to various environments and highly efficient in transmitting sound vibrations.
＊	The fingerboard inlays incorporate Music Travel Love's core elements, featuring designs like hearts, suns, mountains, palm trees, and fish, all set in shell material.
＊	Included with each instrument is a set of custom-designed stickers, inspired by Bob, the elder brother who loves decorating his guitar with stickers that express his personal style and philosophy. This signature touch has been specially created for this series.

凡購買aNueNue樂器正品，皆附有產品保證卡及產品專屬編號。請確認購買時已於產品保證卡上加蓋aNueNue旗艦館或任何aNueNue官方認可經銷通路之「店章」及填寫購買日期，即可生效。一年期間內正常使用狀態 (非人為因素)下發生故障，保證免費修理。請於維修時出示具有已填寫「購買日期」及加蓋「官方經銷商店章」之產品保證卡。若保證卡上無店章與購買日期或無其一，皆視為逾期失效，恕無法進行免費修理服務，但仍可提供報價維修。

保證規定

一、

保證期間自購買日計算一年內為有效保固時間。

二、

保證期間正常狀態下發生故障，保證免費修理，需出示保證卡。

三、

保證期間若保證卡未填寫購買日期或無法辨識日期，將依產品自本公司出貨日期為基準。

四、

雖在保證期間，若有以下情況恕無法加入產品保固及免費維修或產品維修服務：

(1)	非aNueNue之產品，仿冒品將不予以保固及維修服務。
(2)	重貼、無法辨識、偽造或擅自變更產品序號之產品。
(3)	使用不當、保存保養不當或經不當修理、改造以致故障損害者，不予提供免費修理。
(4)	因火災、地震、水害等天然災害不可抗力之因素損壞造成。
(5)	故障或損壞原因為使用非本公司銷售之配件而造成。
(6)	消耗品的交替使用導致損壞。
(7)	產品所附之保證卡擅自塗改、偽造、毀損，致使模糊不清無法辨識保固期限者。
(8)	非經本公司指定或授權之人員所進行的維修、改造、拆裝等，所產生損壞者。
(9)	安裝其他非本公司銷售之設備、配件以致琴款損壞故障者。
(10)	購買產品時所附之配件與贈品不在保固商品範圍內。

退換貨政策

1.商品鑑賞期
我們有提供商品鑑賞期，從商品抵達您手上開始即擁有７天商品鑑賞期（７天含假日）。
收到商品如有發現瑕疵或破損的狀況，您可以電話(02-2536-4488)、客服信箱或聯絡我們所提供的表單，與我們聯繫。並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「連絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因及照片、影片」等資料，客服人員收到後將會協助您進行退換貨。
請注意：鑑賞期並非試用期，請保留完整的原始包裝（含產品本身、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品、活動贈品等），否則恕無法受理退貨

2.退換貨說明
退換貨商品須為未經使用，且保留完整的原始包裝（含產品本身、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品、活動贈品等），否則恕無法受理退貨。
以下情況無法接受退貨：

・	超過 7 天的商品鑑賞期。
・	商品已拆封使用，或因人為因素(非貨運公司)而產生的破壞，如：污損、故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污。
・	退貨商品包裝破損不完整，或發票、配件、贈品不齊者。
・	惡意或大量退貨。

3.退貨流程
聯絡客服人員 → 確認可退貨 → 準備完整商品及發票 → 提供收件時間及聯絡資訊、地址 → 將由我們委託之物流進行回收

4.換貨流程
您與本商店共同同意以換貨處理時，請您於原訂單進行退貨處理，並於商店重新下單；本公司將僅會針對差額向您寄發發票並收取或者退回該費用，如無差額者則將無需另行處理。

5.退款說明

・	信用卡付款者：確認退貨成功後，會直接把款項刷退至原付款的信用卡帳號中。
・	貨到付款者：確認退貨成功後，則將退款費用轉帳至您提供的銀行帳戶中。

台灣配送
1.	帳款確認後將立即處理您的訂單，您將於七個工作天不等(不含週六日及國定例假日)收到訂購之商品。

3.	實際配送狀況將依照宅配司機安排之路線而定

海外配送
